Please enclose:
* CD or cassette of two original songs recorded by the applicant.
* Song lyrics of the two songs entered
* Short bio of the act (on CD if possible)
* Photo of the act (on CD if possible)
* Entry fee of $22 (inc GST). Cheques or money orders payable to MBT WA Music Inc.
There will be an initial selection process to choose the heat performers.
The entry fee is non-refundable.
